From a New Delhi engineering and construction business founded in 2008 to a diversified industrial group with programmes on four continents.
History & excellence
We started with infrastructure. The rest followed the need.
Rana Group was founded by techno-commercial professionals as a construction company handling infrastructure, trading and a broad range of services and products. Its engineering and construction work spans civil construction, power, water and sewerage, municipal utilities, and oil and gas.
As Indian agriculture mechanised, the group moved into farm machinery — and is today a supplier of tractors, combine harvesters, implements and precision agricultural drones. As Indian cities began to electrify, it moved into electric vehicles, then into the charging and green hydrogen infrastructure those vehicles depend on. And to plan all of it properly, it built a space and geospatial business.
Joint ventures have been central throughout. Partnerships with specialists in their fields — in South Korea, Austria, Germany and Eastern Europe — underpin the group’s growth into one of India’s substantial turnkey engineering service providers.
